A victim in the 18300 block of Southwest Boones Ferry Road reported the loss of thousands of dollars from fraudulent sales of his cryptocurrency.
Wednesday, Jan. 4
Officers arrested a man near Southwest Tualatin-Sherwood Road and Teton Avenue after the crashed his vehicle into another vehicle and then fled the scene.
Officers arrested a man in the 18700 block of Southwest 90th Avenue for interfering with a police officer and disorderly conduct II during a domestic violence investigation.
Thursday, Jan. 5
Someone reported she had called her stepfather a name and he smacked her on the left cheek in the 16700 block of Southwest Cambridge Lane. The alleged slap left no visible mark.
Officers responded to a domestic disturbance involving a man and a woman in the 10600 block of Southwest Manhasset Drive. Both had conflicting statements about what occurred, and there was no clear evidence to support either of their statements. No arrests were made.
Friday, Jan. 6
Officers arrested a woman for hit-and-run and reckless driving near Southwest Pacific Highway and Langer Farms Parkway after she crashed into the victim’s vehicle and took off from the scene.
Unknown suspect(s) threw a rock through a window in the 6900 block of Southwest Ottawa Street.
Saturday, Jan. 7
A man and a woman were both arrested for DUII after driving home from Langer’s Entertainment Center in Sherwood.
Officers arrested a man in the 7600 block of Southwest Bridgeport Road for attempting to elude police officer (felony), reckless driving, DUII, hit-and-run, harassment (DV), and interfering.
A man was arrested for DUII, reckless driving, and driving while suspended in the 9300 block of Southwest Ochoco Court.
Sunday, Jan. 8
A couple, having had a few drinks, got into a verbal argument in the 11700 block of Southwest Tualatin Road. The man didn’t want the woman to leave with the couple’s child. Officers advised this was a civil matter.
Monday, Jan. 9
A man was arrested for an outstanding probable cause affidavit in the 8300 block of Southwest Tonka Street. During the search of his person, 5.7 grams of methamphetamine were discovered.
